Who is MCD Property Finance?
My name is Matthew Davidson and I am the owner / director of MCD Property Finance, a mortgage broking business based in inner city Melbourne (Kensington) and the Bellarine Peninsula (Portarlington). I have been a mortgage broker since 2007, firstly working with a large national mortgage brokering organization and then an investment property advisory service as their in house broker, before starting my own business in 2010.
Prior to entering the mortgage broker industry, I worked in the corporate world for 13 years with national & multinational companies in variety of roles in the customer service, finance, pricing and project evaluation areas.

- Bachelor of Business (Accounting)
- Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking)
- Mortgage Broker since 2007
- Holder of Australian Credit Licence no. 391010
- Approved Credit Adviser - Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA)
- Member of Australian Finance Group Limited (AFG), Mortgage Aggregator
- Member of Credit Ombudsman Service
