What we do
MCD Property Finance will work with you to understand what your borrowing scenario is and what your requirements are. Based on this discussion, we will make a suggestion to you on what lender and product best suits you. If you are comfortable with our suggestion, then an application will be created, the necessary documents & information collated and an application submitted to the nominated lender. We keep track of the application, giving you updates as it progresses.
In the meantime, we can help with any other requirements you may have through our own resources or referring you to another professional with the relevant knowledge and expertise. This covers such matters as conveyancing services, legal advice (creating/changing arrangements), insurance (property, mortgage etc), accounting / tax (especially for investment property) and financial planning.
For property purchases, we work with the conveyancing service that is handling your interests, letting them know we are organizing the required finance on your behalf, giving them details of the nominated lender, the amount of funds that will be available from the lender. This reduces the time and effort required from you in dealing with the property purchase.
We can even start you off in finding the right property as we have contacts with real estate agents and investment property vendors (also go to reference articles).
